RETURN PROMISE

Your satisfaction is important to us. We will gladly accept returns for any restorationessence.com purchase when products were purchased directly from restorationessence.com or our enquiries@restorationessence.com within 7 days of purchase.  

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

Obtain a return authorisation number (REF#) via  e-mail us at enquiries@restorationessence.com with the following information: first name, last name, web order number or sales order number, product to be returned and reason for return.
Pack the product (s) in the original packaging and include any promotional item that may have been included, such as a gift with purchase, etc.
Include, the REF#, copy of the sales order and return form.
Mail the return within 7 weeks from receipt of the return authorisation number (REF #) to:

Shipping charges are at the customer’s expense. We recommend to choose a method of shipping with tracking and insurance as we are not responsible for lost or missing packages.

Allow 2 to 4 weeks for the return to be processed.

RETURN POLICY

All returns are subject to inspection, we cannot accept returns on over half used or empty products.
In the event that a gift with purchase was included with the order, please send back the gift with purchase item along with the returned item. Note: We will not refund regular goods unless the gift with purchase is returned to us as well.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Products specified on the website as non-refundable cannot be returned.
If you paid with a giftcard and credit card, the giftcard not be refunded, however your credit card will be refunded.
Prior authorisation is required on all returns. Any returns sent to us without a return authorisation number (REF#) cannot be accepted.
Returned products that do not meet the return policy criteria will not qualify for a refund and may be returned back to the customer at the customer's expense or destroyed by Restoration Essence LLP upon request.

Please note that we are a Singapore company and accommodate website orders that ship to Singapore addresses only. If you purchase from our website while visiting Singapore, but reside outside Singapore, sales are final and are only returnable or refundable on a case-by-case basis.
