Refund and Returns

Restoration Essence takes great pride and care to bring you the best products for your sensitive skin as we possibly can. So it's our sincerest wish that you love everything you buy and never need to make a return...but things happen and in case you do need to make a return....

If RESS products are not working out for you for any reason, in the first instance, we would like to talk to you to understand the issue and see what we can do to help.

Please get in touch with us by email at equiries@restorationessence.com and if you would like to talk, include your phone number and which best time of day to contact you.

Any request for cancellation, returns of products, replacement, exchange, online store credit refund will be handled on a case-by-case basis.Request will be looked into within 7 working days upon receiving your e-mail via enquiries@restorationessence.com.

Refund Policy

  1. If Customer is not satisfied with the item or made a wrong purchase, they may choose to get refund or exchange within 7 days of purchase. Simply email to enquiries@restorationessence.com to exchange or return your items. For all exchanges and returns, kindly email us the receipt and the item in its original packaging. Please note that the delivery costs would not be refunded.
  2. If the item a customer ordered online is no longer available, a member of the Restoration Essence customer service team will call the Customer to suggest an alternative item or refund for the non-available item.
  3. Items that are labelled as “non-returnable” and/or “non-refundable” will not be accepted in our return and refund policy.
  4. We do not accept returns or refunds on sale and promotional items, as well as returns of regular priced items beyond the stipulated time period.
